What We Collect

When you use Imagine That AI - Holiday Card Creator, we collect only what's necessary to create your holiday cards:

  • Photos you upload: Temporarily stored to generate your AI holiday card
  • Text you provide: Greeting messages and family names for your card
  • Account information: Email and name (if you create an account)
  • Generated cards: The final AI-generated holiday cards you create

Where Your Data Is Stored

Storage Provider: Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3

Security Measures:

  • Server-side encryption (AES-256)
  • Private buckets with restricted access
  • Presigned URLs with time-limited access
  • Regular security audits and monitoring

Data Retention: Your original uploaded photos are automatically deleted immediately after your holiday card is generated. Only the final generated card image is kept in your account until you manually delete it. You have full control to delete your cards anytime from the "My Cards" page.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide our service:

  • Generate AI-powered holiday cards from your photos
  • Apply your custom text and styling preferences
  • Provide high-resolution downloads
  • Send you your completed cards via email (if requested)

We do NOT:

  • Sell your photos or data to third parties
  • Use your photos to train AI models
  • Share your photos publicly or with other users
  • Use your photos for marketing without explicit consent

Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your data:

  • Access: View all photos and cards you've created
  • Delete: Remove your photos and cards at any time from your account
  • Download: Export all your data in standard formats
  • Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data

We provide professional print-quality images:

  • Web Preview: 1920×1080 pixels (Full HD)
  • Print Quality: 3840×2160 pixels (4K) at 300 DPI
  • Premium Print: Up to 7680×4320 pixels (8K) for large format printing

All downloads include resolution and DPI information so you know exactly what quality you're getting.
